DELIVERING TO THE UK
Standard (2-4 working days) – £3.00
24hr* (1 working day** Order before 11am Mon-Thurs**) – £7.00
Saturday (order before 11am Fri**) – £10.00
*24 Hour delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, the Highlands and the Islands of Scotland.

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail who may require a signature, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your order, please contact us.
We can accept all unopened products that are returned to us within 7 days of original delivery in their original packaging and issue a refund or exchange for a product of the same value.
We do not pay return postage and when returning your products, please make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Please also include a brief note stating why you have returned the item. We recommend that you send by recorded delivery as we accept no liability for goods posted by you but not received by us. Goods returned incomplete or with torn or damaged suppliers packing will be returned to you and postage charged.
In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged or faulty then please contact us detailing the nature of any fault and providing photographic evidence of any damage where applicable. We may require the return of the item to verify any fault reported. You must report the item as faulty within 7 days of original delivery and the faulty item must be returned to us within 14 days for inspection if requested. Upon the result of the inspection we will issue a full or partial refund or a replacement item if required. No refund will be issued if the item is not proved to be faulty and the customer will be liable for any postage costs incurred.
